Share the magic from our beverages at your party or event with our customizable catering packages. Whether you are looking to cater bubble tea to 30 people or 300 people, Magic Cup is prepared to provide fresh, premium bubble tea for all occasions! 

Magic Cup’s bubble tea, or milk tea, is brewed in house and made fresh daily. Our tea leaves are imported from the mountains of Taiwan to give each beverage a unique, honey-sweet taste. We use premium ingredients in our drinks so each customer can experience the best bubble tea.

How It Works

Our goal through catering is to help you create a unique experience with family, friends, and loved ones. Depending on the size of your party, you can choose between bubble tea by the gallon or individual bottles.

To get started, we ask customers to place their catering request 14 days in advance so our baristas can prepare to fulfill the order on the day of the event.

We want to make sure that catering on your special day is made just for you. As such, we offer several beverages on our catering menu for you to choose from. If you prefer less sweetness in your drinks, customize your drink order with up to 50% less sugar. Drinks available on our catering menu include:

Choose a base of Jasmine Green Tea or Oolong Black Tea with your choice of one fruit flavor.

Crowd-favorite orders for large events include Thai Milk Tea, Mango Green Tea, Passion Fruit Green Tea, and Peach Green Tea.

To ensure that you are ordering the right drinks for your event, schedule a menu sampling with our catering consultants! At your sampling, you’ll discuss your event theme, the demographics of your guest list, and your party size with us so we can help suggest a drink menu that caters to your crowd and fits your budget. 

On-Site Service

For large orders or events, we offer on-site services where our baristas make and serve drinks at your party. We are happy to assist at your event to create a fun environment with a bubble tea station. To request baristas at your event, we require a minimum purchase order of $500 in products. We also ask for a minimum serving time of 2 hours. Please note that our team will need 15-30 minutes to set up a drink station. Contact us for more information on rates for on-site service! 

Create a DIY Bubble Tea Bar

If you are hosting a small gathering or birthday party, create a DIY bubble tea bar for your guests to enjoy! Order milk tea by the gallon with your favorite add-ons to get the party started. Each gallon of tea comes with a set of Magic Cup branded cups, lids, and straws. Set up your fun-filled station by placing your bubble tea flavors and toppings next to each so your guests can create their own drinks.

Since our boba is made fresh to order, we recommend serving within a 4-hour time frame from receiving your order to ensure freshness and preserve the quality of the drink. If you happen to have extra teas or jelly toppings leftover, no worries! Stock them in the refrigerator to enjoy later — our teas and jellies can last up to 3 days! 

16oz Individual Bottles 

Our catering menu also includes 16oz individual bottles, which are perfect for those of you looking to share grab-and-go treats with your guests. Individual bottles of bubble tea are great for small birthdays, baby showers, college events, work meetings, etc.
